A (vague) agenda for Tuesday's Atlantic Yards CDC meeting (must RSVP)

Yesterday, Empire State Development sent out both an advisory and an agenda for the meeting news Tuesday of the Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation (AY CDC), a subsidiary that's supposed to advise the parent authority (but has had relatively little impact).

When: Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at 3:00 p.m.
Where: Long Island University’s Brooklyn Campus
Library Learning Center – 515 Conference Room (5th Floor)
One University Plaza (at Flatbush and DeKalb Avenues)
Brooklyn, New York 11201

This meeting is open to the public. Web casting of the meeting will be available at http://www.esd.ny.gov/webcasts.

Those wishing to attend at LIU’s Brooklyn campus must RSVP by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2016. RSVP press line (800) 260-7313; RSVP public line (212) 803-3795.

The agenda

It's progress that they've released an agenda, but it's pretty vague Beyond approval of minutes and an operating budget, there's a "President's Report," which could cover anything.

One big question is whether they will hear any details on--and answers regarding--the proposed office tower I've dubbed the "Brooklyn Behemoth," involving the shift of the bulk of the B1 tower slated for the arena plaza across the street to Site 5, currently home to Modell's and P.C. Richard, creating one of the buildings in the city.

There will also be an opportunity for public comment.
