Atlantic Yards/Pacific Park infographics: what's built/what's coming/what's missing, who's responsible, + project FAQ/timeline (pinned post)

Before hours, truck delivering Pacific Park materials idles on 6th Avenue bridge, goes down residential Dean Street

So how can a large truck idle at 6:20 am yesterday for 20 minutes on the Sixth Avenue bridge, aiming to go into a Pacific Park site, with no enforcement? Nor was it allowed to turn left on residential Dean Street (which is allowed only for trucks exiting the B3 site).

Do you think officials might crack down when more people are living next door (because there will be)?
